Chinese netizens often call Shanghai the "Spellbound Capital" – a city of magical contrasts. So, where does this magic lie? Let's find out together Our first stop takes us into the morning light, seeking an oasis of calm within the bustling city: Jing'an Temple. As this is an active place of worship, we should dress respectfully with sleeves and trousers or skirts below the knees. Next, we'll head to the Shanghai Museum before experiencing Shanghai's vibrant energy and prosperity along Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. We'll also have lunch in the Nanjing Road area. Later in the afternoon, we'll ascend the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower to witness the sunset and the city begin to light up as evening falls. At night, we'll feel the breeze on The Bund and take in the famous night views of Shanghai. Excited already? Remember to bring your ID, wear comfortable walking shoes, and perhaps bring a reusable water bottle – then let's go!

After breakfast, we set off for Jing'an Temple. Starting from the hotel, you can walk about 650 meters to the subway station Yu Garden Garden(豫园). Then you can take the subway line 14 and get off at the station Jing'an Temple(静安寺) after three stops. After exiting from the exit 1, you can walk about 450 meters to the destination. The whole process takes about 25 minutes. The temple's exterior is particularly striking – you'll likely spot it from afar! You can take a great photo with the main hall at the entrance before going inside. Your "Incense & Flower Voucher" (entrance ticket) has been pre-purchased; just show the QR code for entry. Once inside, please remember not to photograph the Buddha statues or speak loudly.

The night view from The Bund has a way of soothing many worries. Let the Huangpu River breeze brush against your face and whisper past your ears. Let this wind memorize how we feel in this moment. Whenever a similar breeze finds you again, will you remember this night on The Bund?
