We have set foot on this enchanting land of Chengdu! If you take a careful sniff, you might catch the faint aroma of hot pot and the gentle fragrance of tea drifting from the teahouses in the air—making you fall in love with this city in an instant. We have already booked your morning entry ticket to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Let's go see the adorable giant pandas! In the afternoon, take a leisurely stroll along the bluestone-paved paths of Wide and Narrow Alleys, admire the ancient-style architecture, and feel the blend of historical heritage and modern life. Then, at 16:00, the Sichuan Opera Face-Changing performance we booked for you will begin. We should arrive at the theater around 15:30 to collect the tickets and enter. Remember the schedule, bring your ID and essential personal items, and let’s set off! If you have valuable items that are inconvenient to carry, be sure to store them safely in your room.

We’re going to see giant pandas up close! There are two transportation options: One involves a transfer but takes less time (recommended). We’ll navigate on foot to the City Second Hospital(市二医院) metro station and take Metro Line 3. After 8 stops, we’ll arrive at Military General Hospital (Panda Base West Gate) (军区总医院(熊猫基地西大门) station, exit from Gate A, and walk about 260 meters to the Military General Hospital Metro (Panda Base) (地铁军区总医院站(熊猫基地) bus stop. From there, we’ll take Bus 409 for 2 stops and get off at the Panda Base(熊猫基地) stop. The entire journey takes about 50 minutes. The other option is a direct route but takes longer. We’ll walk about 450 meters from the hotel to the Panda Base Direct Bus Line 1(熊猫基地直通车1号线) near Chunxi Road(春熙路) Metro Station. This route takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, covering a total distance of approximately 20 km. We have pre-booked your morning visit to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Please follow the instructions of the staff—do not tap on the glass windows, attempt to feed the pandas, or shout loudly to get their attention. Please keep quiet during the visit, ensuring the pandas have a comfortable living environment. The use of flash photography is prohibited in the base to avoid disturbing their daily activities. Please watch your step during the tour, especially in the cub viewing areas—do not climb over railings or approach restricted zones. The entire visit will take about two hours.
